We deliver across Nigeria, and you can also collect your order from our store for free.

Delivery options and charges

The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Within Lagos: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other states: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates; delivery can occasionally take longer because of weather, security or courier delays. We will keep you updated.

Tracking your order

You will receive emails as your order moves from processing to dispatched and delivered, and you can follow it in My Account. Our rider will call the phone number you gave at checkout when delivering, so please keep it reachable.

Store pickup

Choose “Pick up from store” at checkout. Bring your order reference (it starts with ORD-) when collecting. Unclaimed pickups are held for 14 days.

Failed or missed deliveries

If we cannot reach you or nobody is available to receive the order, the rider will try to rearrange. Orders returned to us after repeated failed attempts can be collected from our store or re-delivered for an additional charge.
